We will design a programme to suit your team.  The programme will be based on the assessment itself, and will include the following:

  • Initial discovery meeting.
  • Anonymous on-line completion of the questionnaire by all team members.
  • Team feedback session to present the results of the assessment.
  • Additional follow-up sessions to maintain momentum.

The feedback session and additional follow-up sessions include a range of exercises aimed at deepening understanding both of the concepts behind the instrument, and of the team itself.  Normally the feedback session will be a one- to three-day workshop.
Additional follow-up sessions can then take place at four- to six-week intervals.
There is also the option of taking the questionnaire a second time, to measure progress.

One-to-one coaching can also be provided as an additional support for the members of the team.
