My name is Roxane Loiseaux. I have been involved in training since 2004 and in coaching since April 2006. Presently, as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and PCC, I work with entrepreneurs and professionals, artists, coaches in certification and executives in multinational organisations. As a trainer I deliver and facilitate the Self-Managing Leadership Programme for Oxford Leadership, for whom I also train trainers, and I run coaching training courses at an international level as a Front of Room Leader for The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). I am involved in the CTI Coaching Certification Programme as a supervisor and an examiner as well. I also collaborate with other consultant companies. My endeavour is to integrate the realms of the physical and the spiritual in the work I do.
With more than 17 years of residence in the UK, two years in Spain, and whilst travelling in Europe, I have developed a multicultural dimension. French being my mother tongue, I also speak English and Castellan (Spanish) fluently, and some basic German.
I trained as a coach in Spain with CTI and I am a member of the International Coach Federation. I am an authorised facilitator of the Team Diagnostic with Team Coaching International, of The Leadership Circle Profile, MBTI (Step I and II) and FIRO-B. I have completed the ORSC programme with The Center for Right Relationship. My leadership training includes the CTI - Leadership Programme, the Self-Managing Leadership Programme with Oxford Leadership, and The Act of Leadership with eKCosystem. More recently I graduated as a Leadership Embodiment coach (2011), completed a diploma in Coaching Psychology with PB Coaching (now Novum) and Leeds Beckett University (2014) and was sanctioned as a Council Guide with Dancehammers (2016). Since July 2009 I have been a Nia practitioner. I took my White Belt with France-Laude Gohard, my Green Belt with Carlos AyaRosas and my Blue Belt with Helen Terry.
My studies include a business course at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce of Amiens, France and a Master degree in Philosophy ("Maîtrise") from the University of Amiens, where I also obtained two Bachelor's degrees (in Philosophy and in English Language and Culture, University of Amiens and Keele University, UK), and a double DEUG certificate in Philosophy and Sociology. I am a qualified teacher of foreign languages in secondary education (Open University, UK).
